Upon approval of your web design / web development proposal, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if the agreement is terminated before the work starts.
Once the website is completed to the client’s satisfaction, the remaining 50% will be invoiced.
The entire project can also be canceled at any time at which point we would just bill for the hours put in or the percentage complete of the project, which ever option is less. The invoice would be sent out and be due upon receipt.
Sometimes, once development of a website begins, the client may think of different or additional features they’d like to see. This is completely normal, and we’re here to ensure that the end product is to your satisfaction. Should you wish to make changes that are outside of the scope of this project, WebSuitable would need to:
*If any new requirements are requested that are not included in this proposal we will ask for the remaining balance of this original proposal minus the 50% deposit which you would have already paid at the start to move forward on any new development.
