Sales Development Representative (SDR) Superstar

About the Position

This full-time position is an opportunity for you to build the life you want for yourself within a growing digital agency. We are looking for autonomous and ambitious sales representatives who can acquire and retain new business.

You're going to be a great fit if;
  • You will strategically contact targeted prospects daily to build a healthy pipeline. 
  • You have 5+ years of proven success in gaining and retaining a client base (considered an asset in digital marketing).
  • You are self-motivated, confident, energetic and driven always to be better.
  • You are very friendly with excellent communication skills and are obsessed with providing value and goodwill to your clients.
  • You will fearlessly lead the charge on your sales pipeline without hesitation or fear of rejection.
  • You have a strong network that you’re actively engaged with on LinkedIn.
  • You've got a growth mindset, and you are laser-focused on professional and personal development.
  • You're organized and analytical and keep detailed notes.
  • Previous experience with Pipedrive CRM (or similar tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc...) 
  • Base salary + commissions
